Founded in 1991 by Gary Craig, this technique consists of stimulating acupoints along the body's main meridians while focusing on a specific problem.

EFT works on a wide range of problems, including phobias, physical pain, stress and anxiety. It is effective, gentle, fast, and extremely simple to learn and apply. Here is a quick guide to getting started with EFT.
